WALT add using tidy numbers

When we are adding numbers we can make it easier by making 10's

299 + 246
= (299 + 1) + 246 - 1)
300 + 245
=545

3970 + 367
= (3970 + 30) + (367 - 30)
= 4000 + 337
= 4337
